My good friend Rebecca recently came over for our monthly craft day in which we made sweet little monogrammed purses for the girls for Easter. 
However, her creativity cannot be contained by a simple craft day and she actually brought a fun Easter-themed snack for the kids. They had a great time making "peep houses" for their peep bunnies complete with edible Easter grass.

Later we met up with some friends for an Ice Cream Social. Although it was cut short just a bit by the rain, no one missed out on the ice cream and fellowship.
All the kids ate at a table together, so "sweet"!

FAMILY
Saturday greeted us warmly with some of the best weekend weather to date. We got an early start on some yard work with Grandpa's help.
Mom and I took the kids to Lowe's for the Saturday project (a basketball hoop)! We had a great time helping them hammer and nail, although Nehemiah made me a little nervous.
Saturday night was date night, not for Jeff and I, but for Daddy and his girls. They all had a wonderful time, talking, eating and listening to the music.
Sunday we just relaxed and spent some time being ourselves!
