Spring has sprung at the Davis household and that means birthdays, outdoors and family gatherings!
Because Noah's birthday fell just after Palm Sunday, we celebrated with my parents that weekend. First we joined them at their church to watch them in their Easter presentation, then we headed back to the house for presents, cake and lots of sporty fun.
Noah got exactly what he wanted from Grandma and Grandpa...a flag football set!
As an added surprise, I got a late birthday gift as well...a toolbox.
Then we were off to enjoy the warm spring weather with a game of, what else, flag football.
I think someone got a little bored:)
Wait this isn't a football?
Then on to baseball!
And finally a very quiet trip home in the van with 6 very sleepy kids.
Back at home on Noah's actual birthday we enjoyed a family dinner with "dirt and worm" cupcakes for dessert. Noah is happily counting his birthday money to put into his new wallet:)
HAPPY EASTER!
On good Friday we dyed eggs for the Easter Bunny to hide the next morning.
Then Saturday morning, the kids had a ball looking for their baskets and collecting eggs!
Finally Easter had arrived! After a wonderful Easter morning service and a dinner with the family, we were ready for some more outdoor fun!
Next up...Spring Break!
